Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luxed Bundles. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days with DHL
  • 3-7 business days with Fed-ex

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted third-party carriers such as FedEx and DHL, depending on destination.


4. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and many other countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Luxed Bundles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee. Make sure to include both your phonr number and email.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
