Shipping Policy
For urgent delivery, you send us a message. If you order before 10.30AM CET results in same day shipping (With non-customised hair). If you order later, your order will be shipped the morning after.
DHL: Urgent Delivery within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, up to 5 business days.)
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days with a pre-order system.
The delivery company may request additional shipping fees. Please make sure to pay these fees by clicking on the SMS or email you will receive or by entering your tracking number on their website. If the fee is not paid, your package will not be delivered. Please note that it is important to pay these fees as quickly as possible to avoid any delivery complications. These fees are not our responsablity, and you agree by ordering that these fees are fully covered by the client.

Hair Quality
Our hair is carefully selected for long-lasting quality. Raw hair can last 5 years or more, while virgin hair can last 2 years or more with proper care. To maintain the best quality, please take good care of the hair both during wear and maintenance.
All hair is tested and thoroughly washed before being sold to ensure cleanliness, durability, and premium quality.
