Shipping Policy

Ordering before 10.30AM CET results in same day shipping. If you order later, your order will be shipped the morning after.

  • FedEx: Delivery within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • DHL: Delivery within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, up to 5 business days.)
The delivery company may request additional shipping fees. Please make sure to pay these fees by clicking on the SMS or email you will receive or by entering your tracking number on their website. If the fee is not paid, your package will not be delivered. Please note that it is important to pay these fees as quickly as possible to avoid any delivery complications.
